The foundations are in.
Now we make it real.

The first pass of the core system is built and the technical groundwork is solid — secure, audited, backed up. What we're doing now is reworking that first pass into something clients actually use every day: Ben starts living on the tracking himself this month, and your clients come over at the end of September for simple, reliable manual tracking. The polished look and the clever features come after that.

Core platform — first pass ~80%
The engine-room work. A restructure is underway to get it ready for daily real-world use — the fancy stuff waits until the basics are rock solid.
End of Aug
Ben starts using the tracking himself, daily — the real-world test
End of Sept
your clients move over — basic manual tracking
passed
independent security audit & nightly backup restore drill
Just started
the real design & UI work (current screens are rough placeholders)

The four workstreams

Core platform ● restructure in progress
~80%
Accounts & invites, client management, tracking, check-ins, notifications, basic graphs. First pass exists; being restructured and hardened so it holds up with real clients.
Security & safety net ✓ solid
100%
Independent security audit passed and patched, GDPR toolkit (export / delete), nightly encrypted off-site backups — a full restore has been rehearsed and proven.
Design & UI ● just started
~15%
Fru has begun the real front-end work. What's on screen today is a rough working template with plenty of bugs — it proves the plumbing, not the product. The proper look comes step by step.
Smart insights & AI ○ prototype — rebuild later
~20%
An early prototype exists but it isn't right yet and will be rebuilt properly once real tracking data is flowing. Deliberately parked — basics first.

Timeline

Solid dots are done. Dates ahead are targets we're working to — basics before bells and whistles.

Late May
Build started
Foundations laid: accounts, security model, the flexible tracking engine.
June – July
First pass of the core built
Tracking, check-ins, client management, workouts, graphs — a working skeleton of everything. Useful, but a first pass: much of it is now being reworked to a higher standard.
August
Security & safety hardening
Independent audit → every critical issue fixed. Nightly encrypted backups installed and a full restore rehearsed successfully.
Now ● in progress
Full restructure · real UI work begins
Reworking the core so it's dependable for daily use, while Fru starts replacing the rough placeholder screens with the real design.
End of August ◇ target
Ben goes live on it himself
Daily tracking used for real, every day. Anything annoying, broken or slow gets found and fixed before any client ever sees it.
September ◇ target
The September five, finished
Tracking (cals, steps, sleep & co) · check-ins (send & receive) · notifications · client management · a few basic graphs.
End of September ◇ target
Your clients come over
Basic manual tracking to start — nothing fancy yet, but reliable. You run your clients through it while the design and extras keep improving underneath.
Autumn onwards
Look & feel, depth, then the smart layer
Fru's design pass lands screen by screen; richer graphs and workout tools follow; the AI insights layer gets rebuilt properly once real data is flowing.

Built properly — what that means

Tested before you

Ben uses the app on himself daily before your clients touch it — plus 1,600+ automated checks on every change.

Independently audited

An external security audit ran in August. Every critical and high-priority finding was fixed within days.

Backed up nightly

Encrypted backups leave the server every night — and we rehearsed a full restore to prove they work.

Honest sequencing

Basics first, done well: tracking and check-ins before pretty screens and AI. Your clients get reliability, then polish.
